Headboard not visible on basement curtain

Good day. When I make a headboard for the attached curtains, the headboard does not appear on the basement curtain and gives an insufficient reinforcement error. When I ask the program to find the titles of the curtains, the program does not make any titles for the curtains and does not give any errors. What is the reason of this ?
