half basement?

In small buildings, I usually come across with half basements or less than half basements. For example, in a 3-storey 300 m2 floor structure on 2 flats, we only go down to 40 m2 for the garage. When my problem is solving the garage with curtains and entering as a buried floor (sd:normal R:4) The r coefficient is as fractional as 3.75. Rather than my problem, how would it be best to enter information in such structures. I await your help, thank you...

If there is a rigid diaphragm in the section you describe as a half basement, it would be appropriate to enter this rigid diaphragm as a separate floor in the program.

Thanks for your interest Mr. Levent; We already entered that half floor as a basement floor. The floor height is the same as the normal floors. Only if the ground floor and upper normal floors have 400 m2 building area. The building area we entered as the basement floor is 40-50 m2...

B1 irregularity has nothing to do with floor height. I suggest examining Regulation Article 2.3.2.3 and Table 2.1 on the subject. Note: Aw, Ag, Ak values can also be determined by the user in the Analysis / Floor Parameters dialog / Irregularities tab in the program.
