GROUND SAFETY STRESS NEGATIVE

After analyzing, it gave Zg error in 3 slabs. In dynamic analysis, the floor says safety is negative. These 3 slabs are at 1m lower level than other slabs; that is, the raft foundation is stepped. How can I solve this problem. I would appreciate your help. I need to solve it very urgently.
