Ground safety negative

Hello.. In the project in the link, I am getting a few errors along with the ground safety negative error. I haven't been able to solve it. Could you please be interested.. Also, I updated the 8.61 version and I couldn't find the accessory selection menu. (Previously Reinforced Concrete-Slab, or Reinforced Concrete-Beam etc..) In summary: 1-) How to fix the "negative ground safety" problem? 2-) I cannot find the reinforcement selection menu and the reinforcement parameters menu. 3-) How to fix the cutting safety problem in the column-beam junction? (We had friends on the forum who solved it, apart from reducing bw, increasing the column size, increasing the concrete class) Project link:

- Attached is the image about the equipment selection. I think the floor thickness is too much. If you are making floors with a thickness of 12-15, and the height of the beams is higher than the ribs in every region, a question comes to mind, why ribbed flooring is made. If you start here first, you will have solved most of the problems. There is no need for a floor thickness of 15 cm in places that I think are balconies. I recommend that you take a section of your building and see it. - Also, the gaps you created on the rib flooring for the stairs to the Mezzanine floor are incorrect. Ribs cannot be cut with this type of blanks. - If you change the column arrays, you can get rid of the column beam shear safety problems. In summary, it would be appropriate for the general design of the building to design the columns on a certain continuity as staggered. Such as C, G, 2 and 18 axis columns. Again, join the columns S19, 20, 21, 22 etc. with beams of 32 cm thickness (since your ribs are 32) that will stay within the rib slab thickness (as you tried to do with the batten beam). You will have completed the system without any architectural problems. - And I see you're making tape beams. The tape beam logic in the program is not in the sense you use here. This is not a correct use of objects and data entry. - You should use a semi-rigid diaphragm solution, especially on ribbed floors. - Include the ladder in the system.

Hello Mr. Niyazi.. I fixed most of my mistakes. There was only one "insufficient ground security" issue. I made the ampatma 1m from 3 fronts. (other side adjoining) I reduced the foundation thickness as much as possible. I haven't been able to solve it. Do you have any suggestions?

By the way, I analyze only the B+Z+A floor of the B+Z+Mezzanine+6-floor building, however, the problem of "floor safety is negative" appears.

You have chosen to calculate the soil stresses according to the average stress. I think uncheck it. The source of your problem is that you checked the option to consider negative ground stresses. Looking at the soil stress results, negative ground stress is seen at a very small point and at a small value. Also, it would be more accurate if you connect the columns on the G axis with the beams at the rib floor height. You can also turn the ends of the balcony slabs with horizontal beams. N. YILMAZ

I must add one more note. In the short examination I made, I saw that the soil stress values were very low. Almost all values are close to zero. You must have another fault elsewhere. Check your connections. In a 9-storey building, the ground values do not come out like this. I couldn't check it because I didn't have much time.

Hello everyone, I'm getting a negative ground safety error in one of my projects. How can I fix the ground safety negative error other than without increasing the floor area?

Or you can calculate according to the average regression You can select Analysis settings -> Foundation/Soil-> Make the bearing capacity of raft foundations according to the average regression option.
