Ground Safety Negative Error

Hello, I modeled a two-floor project, but I could not get rid of the negative ground safety error. Although I expanded the raft surface, I believe that there is an error that I missed in my project, I would be glad if you could help. Project and ground report is attached. Hello, My guess is that the ground handling and the ground safety are mixed. this value is too low. Contact the floor reporter. The information link is below.

Thanks for your reply, this error occurs due to negative ground tension control values are 0 or very close to -0.20 It varies between values like -0.02, and when I check for negative ground tension, I don't get any errors in the project. Is this control negligible?
 
WHEN I MAKE A RADIATE BASIC NEGATIVE LIFT CONTROL, THE GROUND SECURITY IS NEGATIVE. I GET AN ERROR IN THE REPORTS SECTION. AMPATMAN WAS 50 CM I MADE 70 CM IT DID NOT AGAIN I INCREASED THE RAFT THICKNESS FROM 50 TO 60 AGAIN, IT DIDN'T SAVE. I WOULD LOVE TO HELP. LINK TO MY PROJECT.
