Ground safety negative error on raft foundation

good work everyone. We decided to make ground improvement in order to ensure building safety on an island. I am trying to solve my project with raft foundation based on new ground results. I don't get any errors when I lay a flat raft foundation on my project. but when I open an elevator shaft to the foundation, I get a negative ground safety error. I changed the floor thickness, enlarged the diameter of the reinforcement, increased the ampatage up to 2.5m, but I could not reach a result. I would appreciate it if you could help me how to overcome this problem. what do i need to do i want to solve it with raft what do you think is the most logical solution
