Ground Grade Importance

selamun aleykum. Soil class was defined as Z2-B3 in the soil survey report in a project I examined. but what I see in the static report is entered as Z3-C. Could this have much of an effect on the structure, such as differences in the incidence rate of earthquake forces? Or can we think that the project calculated according to a worse floor class is safer than the other? thank you in advance..

If the natural period of the building is greater than 0.40 in your project, the earthquake forces will be different compared to the other.

I think in the same direction you said, but in a place where the ground class is good, can't we say that it is safe to calculate the ground class according to a bad ground class? Would it be clearer to check accounts and talk? thank you by the way
