ground floor = weak floor error what can I do?

My project is a 3-storey project without a basement? In the reports, ground floor = weak floor, ni<0.60, increase system rigidity, but there are plenty of curtains in my system, what can I do? The file is available in the attached link.

Panel objects defined as floodplains in the program are not included in the effective cutting area in B1 irregularity control. The curtains on the 1st basement floor are marked as flooded. Since the basement floor is considered rigid, these curtains do not need to be marked as basement. In addition, in cases where the walls should be marked as basement, you can add the relevant curtain fields to the +Agx, +Agy columns in the Analysis / Floor parameters / Irregularities tab. In your project, there is also B1 irregularity on the ground floor... The effective cutting area of the wall on the ground floor is very small compared to the effective cutting area of the wall on the 1st floor. If you think that the wall effective shearing area on the ground floor is larger, you can also intervene in the wall effective shearing areas from Akx, Aky columns as in the curtains.

I tried the curtains on the basement floor without flooding, but it still gives the same error, what can I do?

When you use basement curtains in the basement, you cannot enter the wall loads on these curtains into the system. In the absence of wall loads, the program does not include the walls above the basement curtain in the effective wall shear area in the x and y directions on the ground floor. As a result, your cutting area on the ground floor may be lower than on the upper floor...

Mr. proisa My suggestions to you: - Why did you make the beams with a maximum clearance of 5.30 m (3 different places) in two different sizes? (half K37 25/45 and the other half K38 35/32) HOW WILL YOU PASS SUCH A PROJECT BY CONSTRUCTION AUDIT? DOING A PROJECT IS NOT WRITING DATA TO THE PROGRAM. YOUR BUILDING MAY STOP WITHOUT EARTHQUAKE, BUT THE POSSIBILITY TO BE DESTROYED WHEN THE EARTHQUAKE IS HIGH. MAKE A PROJECT AFTER LEARNING WITH EXPERIENCED PROJECT DOCTORS. ACCEPT THESE SUGGESTIONS IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR EVIL. (There are still mistakes in your project, read all the suggestions made in this forum.) Ünver ÖZCAN Let's not make these mistakes in projects. (the program prevents some of the mistakes, but still, let's be careful.)

Ünver, the project is not mine. Sorry :) Thanks for the suggestions anyway...

Please delete this project. Start from scratch. Erase everything about your old project from your memory as well. Why did you make curtains all over the basement floor. Is the basement a complete water tank or something? Why didn't you use beams? Also, why don't you extend your beams in the consoles. If you are making a ribbed floor, you have the right to have beams from everywhere. Why don't you connect them with columns and beams properly? You have 3 curtain columns on the floors and they have almost no contribution to the system. In the 1st degree earthquake zone, you tried to cross 8 meters of misalignment with a 25/45 beam. Please delete this project. Delete everything related to your old project from your memory as well. Start over from scratch.

Here is an important point: friend entered the basement part as a separate floor and laid the floor on it. If it will be done in this way in practice, there is no problem, but if it is to be done in the form of filling and alum, a non-existent diaphragm is added.
