Hello there; It would be more appropriate to convert as qt=Gem*3/1.4. For you: You can use ground bearing capacity qt= 13*3/1.4 = 27.85 tf/m². The bearing coefficient will not change. It is useful to get the final value from the geotechnical report. Best regards.
