Gradual Basic

Have a good day everyone... I need to solve a project with foundations with a 3 m level difference, but I have difficulty even designing it because I have not come across a gradual foundation application. Somehow I finished the design, but I'm facing the "B1 irregularity in the y direction" problem. Can you help me please ? Thank you from now.

Hi, (B1) Weak floor irregularity is the ratio of the effective shearing area of the column, curtain and wall at any floor to the effective shearing area of the next floor. The columns on the 3rd and 4th axis on the ground floor and the curtain on the D axis are missing on the basement floor. Therefore, the coefficient of B1 irregularity in the y direction decreases to nci<0.6. You can review the following knowledge base links about B1 Weak floor irregularity.

Some notes; -There is no need to define columns at the beginning of the curtain wall in the carrier system curtains. S10 and S08 do not need to define the column. It would be appropriate to define the P01 curtain between the 2-4 axes and model the curtain instead of the S08 column. You can check the following links on the subject.

-No beams can be entered on the curtains on the basement floor. You can define curtains at floor height and use curtains as floor edge. - For a precise calculation, it is recommended to make an analysis by reducing the finite element widths from the slab curtain and raft properties. (For example 25 cm) Good work

Thank you for your help. I no longer get the irregularity error. One more question, if you'll excuse me... I need to do 6 different modeling the same way I modeled (Graduated Basic). I did research on gradual foundation modeling, but I did not come across any 3 m elevation different foundation modeling as in my model. Can I get any help on this?
