In ide statics, I couldn't figure out how the relationship between floor heights and elevations is.. For example, there is a 3-storey building 1 basement + 2 normal basement floors 315cm above foundation -3.15 ceiling 0.00 ground floor top level +3.75 1 floor top level +7.50 somehow..

Goodnight. You probably figured it out but I'm writing anyway. You have just opened the project, entered Settings/Project general settings, you see a 3m high ground floor. * Type 3.75 in Default height and click add above button. * This time, type 3.15 in the default height section and click add down. * Finally, enter the height section on the Ground floor line and change the height from 3m to 3.75. This way, the elevations and heights will be adjusted as you want. Adding up and adding down it is relative to the floor marked with the main one. Since we are on the ground floor for the moment, we created the 1st floor with "add up" and the basement with "add down".
