I designed 3 buildings with 16 flats on the same plot, with the same values, but I can't save the design of 8 flats at the moment.
 
Mr. alikoc_42 MY SUGGESTIONS: 1- If the project has 16 flats, there is definitely a difference. wipe, 5- Check the wall loads including the attic, 6- Check the balcony and room floor loads, (moving) 7- The beam carrying the K15 stairs must reach the mezzanine, correct its level, 8- Your floor security is very low (even below the average value) ) I recommend you to make soil improvement, 9- Superstructure interactively solve, 10- Soil tension is concentrated where the curtains are.
