floor index

I have used all versions of the ide and now I am working with 6.53 v. I encountered a few problems and I am waiting for your help on these issues.. 1) ... When you enter REINFORCED CONCRETE. PARAMETERS in the menu bar and 0.04m where it says CONCRETE COVER in the column parameters setting, it reflects the column cover to the stirrups as 5 cm. in the column application plan expansion. . Accordingly, it is 1 unit more, what is the reason for this? 2 ) ...when a new project is created and the floor index is changed, for example 1 on the basement floor and 2 on the ground floor. As a result of the analysis, it takes mixed index numbers instead of the changes made in the floor index. For example, it is listed as 1,2,3 on the basement floor, B1 on the ground floor, 2 on the normal floor. Although I tried a lot, I could not create a drawing according to the index numbers I changed. I am making a mistake somewhere, I am waiting for your help in this regard. .thanks in advance..

If cm is entered and the stirrup diameter is 8 mm, the stirrup arm length will be 40-(2*4)+ 2*(2*0.8)=35.2=35 cm

Floor indices are given automatically as of Ver 6.53. You can change the blood indices from the Index column in the Analysis/Floor Parameters dialog. Good work

Mr. LEVENT. If you say this based on the stirrup length in the stirrup detail in the column application plan, the stirrup arm length is given according to the distance between the centers of gravity of the stirrup reinforcement. For example, if the concrete cover of the 40 size column is entered as 4 cm and the stirrup diameter is 8 mm, the stirrup arm length is 40-(2*4)- (2*0.4)=35.2=35 cm. 35 cm appears in your answer. HOWEVER, ACCOUNT RESULT SHOULD BE 31.2 cm ACCORDING TO THE FORMULA YOU GIVEN. WHICH IS TRUE?

Stirrup arm calculation is as follows: 40 - (2x4) + (2x0.8) + (2x0.8) = 35.2 cm column length - 2x cover (until the middle of the longitudinal reinforcement) + 2x radius of the longitudinal reinforcement + 2x diameter of the stirrup. Stirrup lengths are given (from outside to outside) including the diameter of the stirrup to take into account the bend.

Mr. Levent, my problem is that after I change the floor index that was changed and the floor index automatically given, the analysis result gives irrelevant index numbers. for example 1.2.3.4.5. the result of the consecutive analysis of the floor index b1 2.3.1 . Also, thanks for the explanation you gave for stirrups..

Could you add your project?

Floor indices are created automatically when floors are defined for the first time in the Floor General Settings. If you have added or removed floors or changed the floor name in your project, it is normal to have such changes in the indices. In this case, you can edit the indices yourself in the Floor Parameters dialog. Good work

Mr. Levent, I think I couldn't explain my problem. I didn't add floors to my project or change the floor name. I just create a new project and change the floor index, and after the analysis I encounter this problem. If possible, try it too. Change the floor index numbers automatically. then you will see that the analysis result will change.. thanks again..

Mr. Cem, I opened the project you added. In the Floor Parameters dialog, I edited the Index column as B1,Z,1, 2,3,4. I said ok and left the dialog. I analyzed. I entered the floor parameters again. Looks like I've edited the Floor Indices. Nothing changed. I am attaching the project as I have made changes. If you're talking about another situation, we can communicate by voice. Good work
