Hi, Irregularity checks are related to rigid diaphragm. The height values you enter for the height of the rigid diaphragm do not determine the elevation of the rigid diaphragm. The elevation of the rigid diaphragm is determined by the slab thickness or slab elevation. Some of your floors in your project are 15 cm high, some are 12 cm high. There are floors with different elevations in the basement. Therefore, the values you entered in the floor general settings in the irregularity controls you see different values. (Average is taken.) You can check that the theoretical floor heights have not changed from the floor displacements report.
