Floor general settings

hello, there is no basement floor defined in the architectural project I sent, but there is a height exceeding 6 m between the foundation level and the ground floor. While preparing the static project, should I define a separate floor as basement in the floor general settings or should I define it as a 3 m basement curtain for a height of 6 m? I'll be glad if you can help me what's right
 
Hello My suggestions; Where you say there is no defined basement floor, model it as a rigid floor by placing a column-beam-floor around it like a normal floor with curtains. Do not fill it with soil, no expense, model the stairs to go down to this floor, they can make this floor as an apartment or a warehouse to live in later. Unver ÖZCAN
 
Thank you very much for your suggestion, because there is no basement floor in architecture, the municipality will cause trouble by understanding that I have turned the basement into a usable area, but I will try my luck.
