floor drawing problem

when friends draw flooring, the red line either wraps around the column or takes out strange shapes. To solve this, I deleted the columns and beams and redrawn them. There is a problem. The program is not the original demo.
 
There is definitely a mistake somewhere, but we can't say anything without seeing it. If you have made too many changes to the project, deletion, relocation etc. I would suggest you to reboot the system.

Good day, I'm a little new in this program, I'm trying to learn from the training videos, but I couldn't find how we did the hollow floor tiling in the videos.

Thanks for the link, can you tell us what the typical beam 1 and typical beam 2 in the slab settings > rib section mean and what should we value?
