Floor Deflection Limit Problem

Hello, I am getting the slab deflection limit exceeded and insufficient slab thickness error in my project. What I don't understand is the regulation of what is the difference between ln/240 and ln/480 in the floor deflection control section, but I did not understand under which condition we will determine the deflection limit. When I do ln/240, the deflection control saves. Another question I have is, how does the D03 slab fail on the 1st floor in the same span, but on the ground floor? What is your suggestion for DM01 flooring, is there any solution other than throwing beams? I am open to your suggestions. Thanks. Project Link:

Hello, -Deflection limits to be allowed in bending elements are given in TS 500 Table 13.3 depending on the free opening. -There are fringes on the 1st floor on the edges of the D03 slab. Therefore, the edge continuity of the floor on the ground floor and the floor on the 1st floor are different. Therefore, the minimum thickness values differ according to TS 500 Equation 11.1.
