floor deflection limit exceeded problem

I am getting a tiling error as a result of the analysis in the project, how can I solve it, I would appreciate it if you could help, thanks in advance
 
Hello. In the beam adjacent to the floor that gives a floor error: (longer beam K19) beam settings "This beam is living cantilever flooring" activate Ünver ÖZCAN
 
On the ground floor, unlike the other floors, console floors are defined -25 cm low. If you didn't do it on purpose, you correct the data entry. If there is no level difference, the console floors will be continuous with the interior floors and you will not need to activate the "This beam lives the console floor" option.
