Fix slowness in 2D migrations etc in Windows 7

On some laptops the problem you mentioned occurs when the "use visual style on windows and buttons" option is active. Turn this option off. 1. Click control panel. 2. In the control panel, click the System security line. 3. Open the System Secure Action Center. 4. Click the Artwork settings on the left. 5. In the dialog, uncheck "use visual style on windows and buttons" in the list. 6. Click Apply and then click OK. Good work

Do you choose "Custom" and press the "Apply" button?
