Filling hollow on the outer edges of the building

Hello, good day, I am a new graduate, I have received a Z+4N project. After the ground floor, there are 1.5 m overhangs on all sides of the building on other normal floors, and these overhangs are included in the rooms. Can I solve the system with beams, but without beams (hollows)?
