File Save and Call

While saving or calling files in various formats, wouldn't it be better to always have the project at the point where it was called instead of calling it from the point where it left off or showing it there? What did I mean? Example: In the project c:/new structure folder, we open the file from here. But after working here, for example, while saving the report file, İdeRAPOR.exe shows where it was before. Likewise, BLK file, DWG file saving and calling, and other file formats calling and saving can also redirect to different different folders. If possible, I think that the first place they all look or direct should be the folder where the current project is opened. A suggestion. Best regards.......
