File import problem

Hello, I couldn't import the attached file. I made the autocadde 100-fold reduction process at the file 0,0 location. I cleaned it by purging, but I couldn't import it. I would be very grateful if anyone can help. Thank you.
 
8.103 but 7.022 shouldn't be a problem either. If you download it as it is, it will ruin your computer, clean the drawings that you don't need, clean the floor plans and the sections inside, and save the library with another name. Also, the drawing in autocad is made in m, so your drawing is too big, you have to fit it on the screen.
 
I could not import the file in idecad 7, our friend saridurmus said that he imported the file in idecad 8. I set up idecad 8 demo for testing and tried it, but it doesn't work in 7, is there anyone who can help?

Hello, If you save the dwg file as autocad 2010 version, you can import it to version 7.
 
I would like to thank everyone for their help. If I do not try as 2010, Mr. Durmuş has already shared the ide file, thank you.
