file does not open

Hello, there was an additionally approved IDECAD file in a course I took from udemy, I downloaded it, but I can't open it, the file is idecad dem8 I'm using demo10 but it still doesn't work?
 
Hello, "File not found" warning may be caused by Turkish character problem. In this case, if you edit the Windows language and region settings in Turkish, your problem can be solved. Or, if you edit the IdeCAD project file name and folder in such a way that there are no Turkish characters, the project file will be opened.
