Failure in performance analysis while there is no problem in normal analysis

hello friends, when I transfer the renovation project I bought in ideca and do the normal analysis, it does not give any trouble, but when I do a performance analysis, the building status appears as collapse. The building is not an old structure and the static projects when it is built comply with the tdy2007 regulation, but the project does not give an error when I enter it like the new building analysis, why does it show as collapse in the performance analysis. By the way, even though I reduced the earthquake intensity in the performance analysis, I get the same error. In the reports, there is a relative floor problem.

Normal analysis with performance analysis They are different calculation methods. First of all, you need to look at which element causes collapse. After that, you can reach a conclusion. If your building meets the following conditions, choosing them differently will affect the result a lot. "There is stirrup tightening at the lower and upper ends." must be checked. "Reinforcement corrosion multiplier = 1" must be taken "Insufficient clamping length yield stress factor =1" should be taken . The knowledge level coefficient should be chosen comprehensively.
