Facade Scaffold Element Dimensions

Hello, I started to draw new facade scaffolding projects with the arrival of the scaffolding module in Idecad. I have a project with 10 floors and façade openings of 37.40 x 24.20 and my column profiles are CHS 88.9x6. It is never suitable with scaffolding built on site, so scaffolding work was stopped; The profiles in the project are exaggerated, they are not used in the market, and I met a scaffolding installer who knows a lot and is trying to wear you out. I wanted to consult you based on your experience. I would be happy if we could exchange ideas. Thanks in advance and have a good work.

Hello there; You didn't cross the piers. Due to your building height, your column sections will grow more than necessary without braces. As far as I understand, you did not make any control from the perspective screen after entering data from the plan. There was an error in the model, so your slices appear high values. When I remove and remodel your scaffolds, CHS 60.3*5 seems sufficient. When you look at the PMM ratios, you have the chance to reduce even more sections. In the model I sent you, enter each scaffold one by one and replace the column, beam, anchor, cross, lower head and cross members with CHS 48.3*5, replace the stairs and walkway with SHS 50*4 and analyze again. In the meantime, you need to pay attention to select all the scaffolds and do not make these changes. Scaffolds will not form as you want due to a programmatic error. Be sure to select them one by one and make these changes. If the result of the analysis is not sufficient, you can find your scaffold report created with CHS 60.3*5, with your sections attached. There are no inadequacies. While modeling scaffolding, be sure to check your project from the perspective screen. Good work.

Something like this happened in this project; When the building in question received a building permit, the scaffolding project was not required by the municipality. In addition, the ministry inspections focused too much on Aliağa, as the occupational health and safety teams stopped the pier, we had to model the pier, which was already built without a project, as it is in situ. There was neither cross nor veil; We could not even be sure that even the element cross-sections were at least 48.3*3. That's why our values flew, of course. Thank you very much for your attention, your warnings are gold for me. I wish you good work.
