Excess Column Reinforcement in the Basement

Good forum everyone. In my attached project, there is flooring at different levels on the ground floor. There are sudden reinforcement changes between the basement floor and the ground floor in the columns to which the relevant beam is attached. I'll be happy if you can help me.
 
Hello, Your project has a rigid core floor. If you select the "bi-loading calculation method" in the Analysis Settings, the bending reinforcement requirement of the columns in the basement will be reduced.
