Exceeds Nmax in Beams

Hello, in my attached project, the problem of exceeding the nmax in the k201 and k201 beams on the 2nd basement floor appeared, and the same error occurs again after each analysis, no matter how much I enlarge the beams. When I take action without analysis, the beams save, but this time I see a warning at the reporting stage that the reinforcement is basically insufficient. I don't know if the problem here is due to my data entry, so I'm waiting for your help. I wish you a good work...

I opened your project in version 7.022, analyzed, there is no beam in your project that exceeds Nmax control.

In addition, Mr. Hakan, for the elevator foundation in your project, the foundations at -150 bay are covered with a raft foundation, and open them with the space command. Solve bodywork interactively in analysis settings. also check your floor bed floor number, either the floor safety value is wrong or check the floor number.

Dear saridurmus, the values I got from the soil survey report are Soil Safety stress (recommended): 16 tf/m2 bedding coefficient: 2800 tf/m3.

Mr. Hakan, do you see the statement that the raft foundation reinforcement is insufficient, as I mentioned when you received the report, in the list of elements with insufficient cross-section at the beginning of the report...

Dear Mr. Bt design, the value you receive is ze. em. If it is 16 tf / m2, the number of bed floors will be approximately 120 times this, and yours will be 175 times, so it is a geological engineer. I said ask a friend.

Yes, there are insufficient reinforcement and ground tension problems. Also, under the elevator shaft The raft foundations found are also incorrectly defined. You can find information on how the elevator shaft should be defined from the link below.
