Errors that I can't fix in geometry check

HELLO ----- I had a few questions. I modeled an architectural project. However, there are some problems in geometry control that I cannot overcome. 1-) BEAM SAYS FLOOR EDGE OVERCOME. 2-) IT SAYS THE UPPER FLOOR CURTAIN IS THICKER THAN THE LOWER FLOOR CURTAIN. IS THERE SOMEONE WHO CAN EXPLAIN THE ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS? THANKS
