Error opening project

"Incompatible file version. Use an updated version to open this file" error. I already have the latest version 10.20 installed. What do you think could be the reason?
 
Hello. When the "Preview" option is selected in the "Upload Project" dialog, the information about which version the project file was made is given. Check this information. The project may have been done in the BETA version released for the Nonlinear Repulsion analysis. (Ver 10.5X) Good work
