Hello, I just joined you. In a project where I do performance analysis, the columns give an error. they have all their old projects and I have entered the knowledge level comprehensively because they are measured on-site. I couldn't figure out why it gave the errors. I would appreciate your help, thanks in advance...

( YOU DID NOT FIX THE REINFORCEMENT.) My suggestions; --Do what is required to be done in the existing building according to TBDY2018 Chapter 15, --Enter the column-wall-beam-foundation dimensions, concrete value, reinforcements and column-wall-beam-foundation for which you have determined the current situation. Fix the reinforcement at the same time --Performance analysis, --If it doesn't give an error, it's ok, --If the performance analysis fails, repeat the performance analysis by placing additional curtains in both directions Ünver ÖZCAN

Hello there; In your project, first of all, do normal analysis according to the Design by Strength principles and fix the reinforcements. If the column and beam reinforcements are not as they are in the existing structure, arrange and fix the reinforcements. Then you can get performance analysis and reports. When these steps are followed, the performance of the structure has increased to the Controlled Damage performance level. This is an expected result for all structures in the DD-2 earthquake. You mentioned that the columns are giving an error. If you can post screenshots of what these errors are and we can help better. Best regards...
