Error H0031 (idestatic 7.022)

After drawing my project, the next day it gave the error Feature not found ( H0031). I deleted and reinstalled the program but it didn't fix it. If anyone has knowledge on the subject, please help.

Sir, I have the same problem, ide 7 architecture is working, I downloaded ide8, it does not open, it gives this error what should I do, I did the solution in the link and the problem is not solved.
