Equation 3.14 on curtains

good day mr. In my projects, Ag/Ap>0.002 part in equation 3.14 is shown in red and as a cross. There is no requirement in the regulation regarding this issue. it says that if you meet the conditions in the regulation equation 3.14, you can reduce the wall thickness up to 15 cm. although this rate is not provided in another project, there is no control. This issue was not even mentioned in the reports. I don't understand why idecad gives this control to reports or not.
