Entering a defined spectrum function

In my project, spectrum was created for ZF soil type with on-site analysis and the data came as an excel table. However, when I transfer the defined spectrum from the txt file to the program and make a solution, my cross-section effects increase very seriously in combinations other than self and live load. Thanks in advance, I am attaching the compressed version of the project and the spectrum curve data to the appendices.

Hello Ahmet, I can't look at the model file, but this possibility came to mind. The default decimal separator on our computers is the comma. Some software treats the comma as a thousand separator. Look at this, put a period instead of a comma if the problem is visible.

Hello, When you enter a defined spectrum, you need to apply the definitions of TBDY 2018 4.2.1.2 (4.1a) and (4.1b) to the spectrum. These earthquake load reduction coefficients are not used in the spectrum you entered. When a spectrum depending on the soil class is selected, the earthquake load reduction coefficients are calculated by the program and automatically included in the calculation. When you enter the spectrum from outside, you must enter the reduced spectrum.
