Earthquake Regulation B1 Control

There is something I would like to wonder and ask. While B1 is being checked, according to which criteria is the White (filled wall area) calculated in the program. Now, in a project I have, B1 irregularity was found because the program between the ground floor and the upper floor gave a significant difference in the wall area (a serious figure like 6 floors) and R He recalculated the . and I laughed at a point, how could the program know that my ground floor is a full shop and window :D because it could have been a flat, I'm waiting for your answer with interest. Regards. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Hello there; The program calculates an approximate wall area for the X and Y directions, taking into account the wall unit weight, which we entered in the Analysis Settings menu, based on the wall loads we defined on the beams in the calculation of B1 irregularity. In addition, for the lowest floors where the wall area cannot be entered, if we select the "Use the lower floor Ak value the same as the upper floor" option in the Analysis settings menu, it will take the same wall area as the one on the upper floor. If we want to define the wall areas to be used in the B1 calculation ourselves, we can use the Floor parameters menu to give AkX and AkY values for each floor. In this case, the program will not automatically calculate a wall area and use the values we defined.

If we use the lowest floor as a basement or ground floor shop, do we remove the option to use the same value as the upper floor in the analysis settings and write 0 to the value? and floor irregularities in 6.0053 says A2-A3 CONTROLS DO NOT AUTOMATIC THE PROGRAM IS under your control. It's in the help menu, but when I make a random drawing, the 5-layer a2 and a3 irregularities are notched on 5 layers as well. Does it check automatically or do I know wrong, if not, why notch? thanks.
