Double reinforcement (EA) warning in slabs may be due to analysis according to "Consider in-plane forces in slab design" option in Semi-rigid diaphragm method in Analysis Settings. When this option is checked, in-plane stresses caused by earthquake effects are also used in flooring reinforcement design. This sign can be removed and a reinforcement selection can be made depending on the slab stress checks report in TBDY 7.11.3.
