I have a 2-storey school project and we are in the 3rd region as the earthquake zone. The structure consists of basement + ground and there is only a curtain wall around the basement. What should I take the ductility level.

Hello, can solve high ductility level in all conditions.

column beam shear safety is not provided in many columns when high resolution. would it be a problem if ductility was chosen as normal?

If your project meets the conditions in Regulation 2.5.1.6, the ductility level can be selected as normal.
