Drawing problem

Hello, I am facing a very new problem. I finished the project in the 11th revision and took the drawings and came to the delivery stage. But when I try to import drawings with export for a reason that I cannot solve, the program closes by itself and I cannot import the drawings. Previous revisions did not have this problem. Differently, I thought that the import blocks I used to visualize the machinery and equipment might be the cause, and I deleted all of these blocks, but nothing changed. No problems with geometry control and analysis. I also import drawings from within the program When it comes to exporting the drawing to Autocad, the program caused this problem. Waiting for your suggestions for solution.
