Double reinforcement problem in floors

friends, in my project, it gives the error that double reinforcement is required and reinforcement is insufficient in the floors. Based on the forum, I tried to analyze the flooring and solve it, but I could not solve it. I will be glad if you help
 
For example, on the 3rd floor ceiling, the K31 beam is not correctly connected to the P09 curtain. D9 and D10 tiles are faulty. Delete these tiles. Also delete beam K31 (which will of course also be deleted in D11). Enter from the right corner of the P09 curtain, defining the beam from the bottom. Re-enter tiles D9 and D10, D11. On the 3rd floor, the problem will be solved. You need to arrange the other floors in the same way.
