Double reinforcement error

In the entrance canopy that I have made, it gives a double reinforcement error on the flooring. I couldn't find the double reinforcement tab in the slab.

There is no double reinforcement design on the floor and therefore the program gives you a warning. But; There may also be an error in your tile data. Check the slab outer contour. Check the geometry. If there is no problem with your data, increase the slab thickness and design the section to work with a single reinforcement.

I am correcting these errors and analyzing, this time another slab that did not give an error before, gives a double reinforcement error and / or insufficient reinforcement error. (This has happened many times and now it continues like an endless loop :/ :/ :? ) I just did a tile analysis and tried, there is no error in that sense.
