building importance factor should be 1.4, live load 350 kg/m2, live load participation coefficient 0.60 is required for initial design. In terms of post-earthquake usage, HK (immediate use) is sought for design earthquake and CG (life safety) is sought for 2% exceedance probability. table 7.7 tdy2007....
