Do the rafters add roof load?

Do I need to transfer the loads that will occur due to the roof on the top floor in the project to the beams or to the flooring. If there is such a problem, according to what should I do the loading and what should my load values be.
 
If there is a load and a system to carry this load, its transfer (transfer) must be done. on the roof; The load of 150 kg/m2 that you will give to the roof floor covers the above-mentioned loads, therefore you will have loaded the beams of the relevant floor. Thank you for your answer. I couldn't quite put it in my mind. Could you please explain what you said a little more. Do I need to add the roof load to the floors of my last floor as a fixed load or do I need to take my fixed load only 150 kg/m2. Also, should I load this load value only on floors? Do I need to add this load on the beams? Thank you for your help.
