Discontinuous cantilever beam protrusion from the column

good day..for architectural reasons, discontinuous cantilever beam (K25) coming out of S08 column and discontinuous cantilever beam (K35) coming out of S11 column were made... consoles are 150 cm (balcony floor). In addition, the K35 beam was studded...no deflection problem was encountered...my questions..1)can it be designed in this way? (continuous cantilever beam) 2) What should be the precautions to be taken if it is to be done:? 3) will there be a problem in the future:?
 
By the way, the building has 15 floors and is a 3rd degree earthquake zone.. it is the continuation of the previous problem...

Hi My suggestion --Make K24-K25 continuous in S08 column --Remove the console from S11 column and connect it as I gave in the picture. In order to do these things, the architect should make a small change in his project. Unver ÖZCAN
 
thank you unver sir... well if it stays like this, will it be a suitable solution? There is a problem with the architectural building area..
