Discontinuous and discontinuous cantilever beam

The discontinuous and non-continuous cantilever beam (K23) coming out of the P01 curtain is 140 CM long... The D04 floor is shown as a balcony (140*250 CM). I had to do it this way because of the architectural project... I did not encounter any negative situation in the deflection values and reports. As a precaution, I increased the upper reinforcement and body reinforcements of the K23 beam... I continued the upper reinforcement (assembly reinforcements) to the P03 curtain (I made the square deep) and I showed it in detail in the drawing on the sheet.. MY QUESTIONS 1) Would it be healthier if I had passed with the slab edge...::??? Or is this shape (with CONTINUOUS beams) the appropriate solution???? 2) Will we encounter any problems in the future??? NOTE: The buildings are 13 floors, 9 floors and 7 floors and are in the 3rd degree earthquake zone.. It is raft foundation and slab flooring.. Do you have any EXTRA suggestions..???have a good day.

What you're doing is appropriate, it's true. In general, I do not recommend single column cantilever beams. Is there any problem in your project, I don't think there is much problem. It could also be console flooring. In this case, cantilever reinforcement would be placed, the slab would be more supported in the adjacent slab.

thank you... in this case, it would be more unhealthy if there was flooring, as far as I understand? Of course, one of the important criteria here is the deflection problem. With the beams, you can overcome the deflection problem more easily due to their height. Sometimes you have to make beams for architectural reasons, and sometimes you have to make console flooring due to architectural requirements. There was no harm in. It could be done easily, I could have preferred it.

COLUMN HORIZONTAL SHIFT.... GOOD DAY..IN THE GENERAL REPORT SECTION, COLUMN LATERAL TRANSFER IS NOT PREVENTED IN X AND Y DIRECTIONS... IN X AND Y DIRECTION (3.BODRUM-2BODRUM -1.BODRUM) .. .BUT THE REPORT DOESN'T GIVE ERROR...DO WE NEED TO FIX THIS LATERAL DEFERRATION UNAVOID PROBLEM (IN X AND Y DIRECTION):????GREEN...
