How are the snow load and roof load (FIXED LOAD), which are live loads on reinforced concrete buildings, defined for the structure? or if we enter the snow load as a moving distributed load, I define the roof load as a fixed load. (G AND Q) THANKS GOOD WORK...

Hello, you can define snow load as Q live load and roof load as G fixed load. If you are going to walk on the roof, you will get the Q load of 200 kg/m2 + snow load. Footnote: In reinforced concrete buildings, the snow load is not high enough to affect the design.

As you wrote, yes, roof load is fixed load and snow load is used as live load if you are going to solve the roof (in TS498 -November 1987- page 6). again according to TS498 Page 13 table 7.
