Curtains should be used in A15 carrier systems in the report

Hello Dear colleagues, I have a basement + ground + 1 floor villa. The sitting area is 60 m2. The foundation is raft foundation, only 3 sides have basement curtain. But I did not use curtains on the ground floor and first floor of the house. I just used colon. My column dimensions are 30/70. Is there a problem if I don't throw curtains? There is no problem in keeping an account. However, the report says that curtains should be used in A15 carrier systems. What is your suggestion ?
