curtain vs column

hello i have 30/210 curtains. When I subtract the thicknesses from 30 cm to 35 cm, the program does not throw the columns. I am reliving the shear force problem I encountered in screen state when I defined columns myself in state 35/210. The regulation obliges me to drop columns. When 35/210 happens, is it okay if I accept it as a colon and not drop a column?
 
Since I think that 30 cm is too thin for my beam size, I increase it to 35 and define the column header manually. In this case, should I delete the curtain and put a column?

Yes, 35/210, 1/ Enter the element as a column as it does not provide 7 pitch ratio.
 
I don't know about the design, but if I were you, I wouldn't give up on the curtain. Curtain is curtain. ;)
 
The size of the curtain element seems insufficient according to the design shear force it receives. (And > 0.22*Ach*fcd) Based on your first question, you can make a column by increasing the short dimension of that curtain. However, the inadequacy in your project is not only in the curtain shear safety control, but also in the relative floor drift control. This is the case with the whole building. Element dimensions, system selection should be reviewed.

If you look at the relevant article in the TDY 2007 earthquake code, the condition for creating a header region Hw/ Depends on lw> 2. The total height of the bulkheads P07 and P08 from the top of the rigid basement floor level is 13.2 m (13.2 = 4 * 3.3m floor height), and the length in the plan is 6.9 m Hw/lw= 13.2/6.9=1.91< 2 For this reason, no capital region (column) is created on the curtains.
