Curtain roll control DTS-3

DTS-3 BYS-8 unidirectional gear flooring was selected as A31 in my project where I made limited ductility. When we examine the reports, it seems that curtain rollover control is performed due to elevator curtains. The relevant institution says that this tipping calculation should not be made. Is this account mandatory or is there an option to remove it from accounts?
