hello, I marked the curtain head regions as 0 in the settings and the head region is not formed, but the stirrups are visible
You may have set the cap area lengths of the curtains to zero as a user defined. The program tries to create a cap area here as per the regulations. If you still want to reset it, you can also enter zero horizontal cap reinforcements in the Shear Reinforced Concrete Dialog.

I marked the curtain head regions as 0 in the settings and the head region did not occur, but stirrups are visible
In no case, you do not need to set the curtain head regions as 0 in order to apply the earthquake regulation in the curtain settings. The program designs automatically.

I know that these are my rigid basement curtains, these are the regulations that make exceptions for these curtains.
The exception you mentioned is valid for the situation [2] described below. According to the Program TDY 2007; 1. Shears on the rigid basement floor, and if Hw/lw>=2, the end zone is formed. If the curtain continues on the rigid basement floor, the end zones are continued until the foundation.2. Rigid basement in the rigid basement floor If hw/lw<2, wall end zones are not formed, and if hw/lw>=2, wall end zones are formed 3. However, which remains on the rigid basement floor and continues on the rigid basement floor, Curtain end zones are not created on curtains with Hw/lw< 2. Also, check the regulation articles I have given screenshots below.
