Hello there; You have chosen the finite element dimensions for curtain and floor elements too large (1.5m), if you make these values as they should be (25cm), the reinforcements come out quite normal. Also, you have a 4th floor where no static elements are defined. If there is an element on this floor, enter it, otherwise delete this floor. Best regards.
