Curtain group exceeds capacity ratio

Dear forum elders, I could not solve the curtain group capacity ratio exceeding error, despite all my attempts. What do you suggest I do for this. I need your help
 
I read the articles here, Unver brother. But I couldn't get solution. Would you have a chance to comment for me if I upload it here, please? Besides, it would be nice to get your opinion in general about my project.
 
Unver brother, first of all, thank you very much for taking your Sunday and correcting my project. You are not paid in this forum. By the way, I missed a situation bro. The ladder will rise from the right side in an L shape. right in the corner is the landing, and then it will rise from there and sink into the floor. When I lay the complete flooring on the left side of the curtain group, I get the same errors again. I wouldn't want to tire you out twice, brother, but I'm still encountering errors that I couldn't solve just now.
 
I haven't put the ladder yet, Unver brother. I thought I'd throw the floor on which the ladder will get stuck. But I guess I couldn't do it either :/

My suggestions; --Curtains are given with the level of -70, let's make the level 0, - -1. Let's remove the basement rigidity tick, MOST IMPORTANT, LET'S NOT BUILD SINGLE CONSOLE/CONSOLES WITHOUT INSTALLED COLUMN. ERRORS MODELING. Ünver ÖZCAN
